About Custom SPVs

Our Story

CustomSPVs is the brainchild of our founder, MK, an automobile enthusiast from a young age who has always been captivated by the transformative power of vehicles to drive change and innovation. MK’s journey began as a frontline combat officer in an elite Indian Army Armoured Regiment, where he commanded a squadron of tanks. His deep interest in automotive mechanics led him to serve as the Technical Adjutant of an Armored Regiment, qualify in Tank Technology at the prestigious Institute of Armament Technology, and become an instructor at the Automotive Training Regiment.

Through this experience, MK observed a striking parallel between building an automobile and creating an organization. Both require meticulous attention to detail, precision engineering, and a clear understanding of the purpose they are meant to serve. Driven by the desire to create positive impact beyond the military realm, MK voluntarily retired from the Indian Army in 1994 to pursue entrepreneurship.

nspired by the philosophy in “Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance,” MK realized that building a business is much like crafting a masterpiece—it’s a delicate balance of innovation and craftsmanship, where vision must be flawlessly executed.

 

He sees every venture as a work of art, designed to leave a lasting impact—be it through innovation, disruption, or driving positive change in society.

With years of hands-on experience building startups across diverse industries, MK founded CustomSPVs as a platform to help entrepreneurs transform their ideas into successful, high-impact businesses.
